A Path of Discovering Your Values and Living What is Most Important to You

Finding out what matters most is a personal adventure. No one but you can make these decisions. The journey requires more than deciding with casual passing thoughts or blindly following someone we look up to. It requires that we discover how we truly feel about something, and then taking the steps to actually bring it into our life. 

Sometimes, when we are 'busy,' we don't take the time to reveal our deepest thoughts and feelings to ourselves. For some, even feeling the feelings is difficult. The phrase, "I don't know" abounds. However, in not knowing how we feel about things, we can take ourselves off track, and may get caught up in experiencing something that we would rather not participate in.

This is the spiritual journey that we all have to make every day. "What will I do with my life today? How will I use my time to best advantage and accomplish what matters the very most while I am here?"

The first thing that may come up is resistance. Other than the "I don't knows,"  you might say, 'I don't feel like dealing with this today. I'd rather ______ (watch TV, go shopping, etc). There are too many things I have to do right now; I don't have time to make that journey.' But your higher self is aware, watching, and waiting patiently for you to discover it.

For those who are ready to make the journey, and who are interested in answering the questions, "Who am I? Why am I here? What do I want out of life? and sometimes even, "How can I accomplish it simply, with life altering effects, and in a way that will help the planet?" there is a simple set of tools to guide you on your way.
